What is the difference between private and group tour to Auschwitz-Birkenau or Salt Mine in Wieliczka?

During private tours you have a car with a driver at your disposal. In the group tour, you will be travelling with other participants. During a private tour, you can have, for example, a lunch break or you can shorten or extend the tour. During a group tour, you must stick to the assigned plan. Guided tours in both cases take place in a group that speak the same language. You can also have a private guide. In case of group tour, price includes payment for an entrance ticket and guide, in private tour, you must pay extra for an entrance ticket and guided tour.

 

Will I receive a confirmation of reservation?

Yes, confirmation of reservations will be sent by e-mail, where you can find the details about the tour/transfer. Confirmation must be printed and shown to the driver before the tour/transfer commences.

 

How will I recognise my driver?

If our driver will collect you from an airport, he/she will have a plate with your surname that was given during the reservation process. The driver can also collect you from a hotel/hostel, he/she will wait in the reception area or at the front entrance to a hotel. The driver will know your surname which was given during the reservation process the driver will also tell you the name of our company, SUPERCRACOW, and you will have to show him/her printed confirmation of your journey.

 

When should I make payments?

You can pay the driver after the tour. You can also make a payment by a bank transfer to an account given in an e-mail confirmation or by dotpay – link to make a payment is sent in an e-mail.

 

Can I pay in a different currency?

We usually accept payments in Polish ZL, you can also pay in €, $ or £.

 

Can I change the date of my reservation of the tour / transport service?

Yes, you can, however, it depends on availability of our services during that given time. Please contact us no later than 24 hours before a planned tour/transfer if you want to cancel a reservation.

 

I left my camera in the car, how can I get it back?

If you leave any items in a car, please call us on +48 796 55 69 69. It sometimes can be sent with additional payment (e.g. shipment)

 

My plane is delayed, will the driver wait for me at the airport?

Yes, give us your flight number during reservation. This way we can check information concerning your flight. If the flight will be delayed, the driver will collect you later once the plane has arrived.
